Where else but America can you file a lawsuit because you are denied fapping material while in jail as cruel and unusual punishment? :wow

According to the inmate's lawsuit "The document describes him as suffering from 'chronic masturbation syndrome and severe sexual discomfort,' and Richards argues that he needs pornography to treat his medical condition."

After looking at an image of him it's obvious he isn't a Barfer since he isn't AZN. But he does look familiar. TAK? :twofinger

Are there any lawyers in the house to file a lawsuit against the BARF because we don't have a pR0n forum to help us get full release? I think it would cut down on banning's if we keep the masses in a perpetual post orgasmic state if we can view each others "Best of" collections. :laughing

I said good day, sir!
You know what else is stifling toward his Constitutional rights? The whole "incarceration" thingy (along with the non-gourmet meals, etc) but generally that is the cost that is paid for those who have broken the law. Some judge is gonna have a good laugh when he throws this shit out of court.

I want to end cruel and unusual punishments like incarceration and go back to cutting off hands and body parts, whipping and branding.

Richards was charged with bank robbery after police followed a trail of snowy footprints and dropped money to his apartment from a bank robbery scene in January in Fraser, north of Detroit.

:rofl :rofl

My brother got busted the exact same way when his crew of five robbed a bank two blocks away from their hideaway when he was 16. :rolleyes

The cops followed the footprints to their location. My brother had went home but his gang told them where he lived. They didn't even have time to split their take when they all got arrested.

That got him five years.

Is he any smarter now?

No.

He had been arrested for shoplifting quite a few times in grade school, dropped out of high school in the 10th grade. He did some time for taking a stolen car across State lines just after that. Then the bank robbery, which was in 1982. Abused alcohol and drugs ever since. Stole from me and other family members while we were trying to help him. He only worked dead end jobs his entire life. He passed away in June 2010 at age 46, alone in some nondescript rooming house. It was about thee days later when someone found his body. He just abused his body to death.

He went to extraordinary lengths to get in as much trouble as he possibly could his entire life. You could lock him inside the house and he would figure out how to escape just so he could commit a crime. If there really is a heaven, his ideal place would be somewhere where he could commit all the crimes he wants with no repercussions.

I dunno...tossin' a few Hustlers to the boys in the pen isn't really that big a deal, is it? Sounds like some high-up dude has control issues and Mr. Happy Pants decided to pull his lawyer card since he's got nothing better to do on his State-funded vaca. A $30 a year subscription would have saved a lot of time and energy...

Funny thing tho, they all say that....

Sadly there are a lot who have been proved right.

Better for a million guilty men to have porn than one innocent man to be without it. That's my motto anyway.

It's a bit ridiculous for anyone on a motorcycle forum to point fingers. You've never sped or driven dangerously? Because society doesn't think your crime is as bad as smoking pot, you should be able to be free and condemn others to years without porn? Let them earn money inside and buy their own porn or let them have the internet for a half hour a day and get it for free.

But a lot of people think of prison as punishment instead of rehabilitation. Fools, utter and complete fools.
