While the committee got the deal done getting the word out is now the task and your efforts are appreciated.

Mark Pope can't do it all. :teeth

Keep the push going....the more discussion and public awareness the better.

I think he is getting paid to do it. :p

Imagine that!! No really imagine that the State of CA is paying Mark to do it.
How cool. Props to the CHP and OTS are due.

Nice interview!

And for all the folks spazzing about the tats... what about the shaved head, the beard, the pierced ears, and those glasses?! Where's your righteous opprobrium for those personal details?

After watching the video, I think Surj did very well. I'm about as good of an example of a "straight arrow" as you're likely to find on BARF and I didn't feel that appearance was an issue. (Maybe I've watched too many episodes of Biker Build Off and American Chopper, though).

We appreciate your efforts in trying to educate the public. :thumbup

Recalculating. . .
Very well done. I think the fact that Surj spoke so well and comes across knowledgeable talks more loudly than the fact that he has tattoos, IMO... My only complaint is that the segment wasn't longer! It's good info that needs to get out to the non-riding community...

Word. I'd love to have been able to talk a bit more, throw some stuff up on a screen, talk more numbers, etc. It seems that the media do a lot of copy-catting. Maybe Feanor can hook something up.

Watched video. OP, you do come across well, reasonable and rational. Nice job!

Thank you! :thumbup

Very nice job! Thank you. I think you represented all motorcyclists well.

Thanks! :thumbup

I have to believe the efforts of BARF led me to see this PSA on TV for the very first time last night on the Channel Two News at 10PM!

So, not buried at 2am on a show nobody sees but actually shown on one of the most popular News broadcasts in the Bay Area!

Thank you and all the others involved for raising awareness; it HAS to save lives. :thumbup

The anchor in the original video posted, (which included the PSA), did a great job as well.

GAJ.

That is because of our friends at the OTS and CHP.
Being a small part of this has opened my eyes to the commitment of several agencies to Moto safety.

They care and that rocks. That is Mark Pope BTW. Thank him if you ever see him. Good guy.

Nice job, very articulate.
We all know that there are people on BARF that are haters, and you could discover the cure for cancer and they would complain about the population increase.

Thanks man! That's the only shirt in existence right now. Thinking about doing some shirts with that design or the new sticker design:
