I can bake bread from start to finish in 1.5 hours with the proof setting

As we have no central heat, (and no actual heat in the kitchen), an no A/C we hardly have "stable" temperatures for proofing so it is a wonderful function we didn't know about until it was installed and my wife read the manual. :thumbup

I love AB. He’s a rider and a geardo and he actually posts on another (knife) forum I frequent.

I saw his Good Eats recipe on seared ahi tuna. Looked so simple and quick but by the time I had it done it had turned into like a 2-hr ordeal. Way more time than I’d like to invest for a single meal. LOL
