How could this not be in a museum? If some rich a-hole squid buys and wrecks this in a week I will cry. No one owns this and I'm already jealous of them. Was always the closest thing to the AKIRA bike to me.

remember that one a couple years ago that some dealer had kept in the basement still in the box? and they documented the unboxing process. that was pretty neat.

That's worth some coin. A replacement for the titanium coated windscreen is supposed to go for $2k+
The NR750 was only the pinnacle of V4 technology at the time. Some of its technology and styling details found its way into later bikes Honda engineered it to meld the torque of a V8 to the revviness of a 4 cylinder engine.
It was quite painful to purchase, but I had to have one. I tried to get the rings too, but a) there weren't any available at the time, and b) they were more expensive than the piston. The rings were the biggest engineering challenge.
