Four years ago, one in good condition was for sale in Asheville, NC for about $3500 bucks. I missed it by a very small margin. Still crying years later.

They were very fun bikes... the Gamma I rode was originally Jim Doyle's bike and he sold it to the shop I was racing for.. I got to ride it for free...:teeth :drool

:cry... but then I had to pay for it when I wadded it.. part of the deal with my sponsor and friend...Great guy. I ponied right up.. sold it as a beat up fixxer upper to another friend who made it a runner.

here is the after the crash pic.....Not really that bad..:dunno
Can't really see the bent frame and front end..

And sorry love to share the old pics.. here is a start in F-1 with mine and another gamma... thinking his name was Scott Baldwin #47.

KSJO logo.. marketing baby :twofinger :laughing
Wasn't the front row either..:p

I had a chance at an RZ in the 80's, with less than 1000 miles on it. Canadian motor, but the Japanese frame. Belonged to one of the Yamaha motocross racers. (Don't remember who anymore) $2500. Couldn't raise the cash. :cry

Rode one once in the late 80's. Certainly more bike that I had ever handled before. Kinda like giving a well weathered hooker to a 13 year old.

Rode an RSV500 in the 80s back in Texas. Loved it but couldn't afford to buy it, so I settled for the last RZ350 the dealer ever got.
