How many founding members are there?

I tried to count all the founding members, seems like I notice another one all the time. There has to be at least 15 or 20 of you people (founders).

Maybe there’s too many Chiefs and not enough Indians around this place? :teeth

I think there was an OG list of 15 or 17 people. (I wasn't one of them) IIRC ScorpioVI had a seat cowl made with with all their names on it.

Eventually Budman extended the list to anyone who joined in the first year or two.

Several.. many actually are still active almost 20 years later. That is hella cool. :thumbup

So many Barfers have become my friend over the years. Some really good ones. As my wife says I am a people guy so more friends the better :teeth

Yeah, I was surprised when I was given Founding Member status.

BARF was already going fairly well by the time I joined. I think that I was a true founding member of ducatimonster.org. It took a few months of a couple of dozen of us posting regularly there before it took off. Then that Canadian company bought it and wrecked it after about a month. That was when some of the old timers there started ducatimonsterforum.org and it took off within a week. I got a lifetime ban from the first one for telling someone where the second one was at. :rolleyes

If you move the mouse over the username here, it shows what number you are down at the bottom. I'm 848, which I figure is special because it's a Ducati model number. :nerd For some reason I have to check other Founding Members to see if they've been around longer than me or not. If not, then theoretically I could call them a newbie. :laughing
