Mother of god! Look at what was parked in front of my place today. It's not my thing but I can get behind the mechanics that make this work and appreciate it.

Is that an R1?

FREALS?

looks kinda klugey and basic to me. 90 and 45 degrees all over. i know it's all about the tire for "looks" and if that's the only measure of success then it's been achieved, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired IMO

I don’t know a damn thing about that stuff. It just looked cool to me. Totally understand the bike is fubar. I just appreciate the uniqueness.

Damn haters dont know that 2 drive chains is always better...

:rofl

Holy Shit. I didn't even look at the pic close enough to notice the second chain drive.

I have changed my review of this bike from roll eyes to horrified. UNLESS a Rube Goldberg Soundtrack plays whenever it is turned on, plays it loud, and cannot be turned off while the motor is running. Then I am all in.

Take a closer look at the swingarm, he's referring to all the joints being either 45 or 90 degree angles. Now compare that with the stock unit, which is a lot more elegant...

It kinda just looks like someone got a "my first welding kit" and threw together some square tube to fab this together.

The whole thing seems kind of dumb, but if you're going to put a crazy wide swingarm on the thing, that setup is probably the most practical way to align the "front" and rear sprockets.
