So, for those of you who knew him, the anniversary of his passing, is this Saturday, May 9. I say we all have ice cream in his honor.

Any other ideas?

Anyone know if his favorite choc crossiant bakery near Lafayette is open?

Ice Cream sounds good.
How about posting your favorite Hoho pic or story or both to this thread on Saturday?

We can share or favorite memories together.

I'm not the world's most outgoing or friendly person. One thing I loved about HoHo was that he was friends with everybody and man, he had a knack for showing up and being there. He literally was everyone's friend.

I lit a candle in the Duomo cathedral for Hoho last year. His faith was a big part of his life. I am mailing a check to his church today so they can light a candle in his memory. I feel like it's appropriate.

When Bud suggested that we make HoHo a mod for his remaining time, I was thinking, "uh, all right, who is this guy?" Didn't take long for me to start to like him. Infectious enthusiasm, never felt sorry for himself, really worked hard at being a mod! First class human, as far as I could tell.

Hoho we remember you and we miss you!!!!!

I’m pretty sure I spy some mint-chocolate-chip in the frame there. That’s my favorite. I don’t really like ice cream, but about every few years I get a craving on a hot day, and I’ll pop into a Baskin Robbins. When I was a kid, you could go to Rite Aid and get a square (it was square) scoop after picking up your prescription. Ah, Hoho... I barely knew him and he brings back a cool memory not even having anything to do with him. Maybe that’s why I like him.
