here we go again--------painter shop space needed

I wasn't sure where to post this, so if it's miscatagorized, I aplogize.

the building I have my shop in was just sold, and the new owner is booting all of the individual shops, and making one giant tire shop out of it :cry

so I am currently looking for a place to settle in.

body shops, sometimes will rent a corner, and let you use the booth, since ALL I do are motorcycles, this usually works out the best for both parties (the host shop, and myself) so if anyone knows of that kind of shop, in or near the southbay.

I have all my own tools, and a compressor and booth, and a pretty good flow of steady buisness so if anyone knows of any light industrial spaces (roll up door, bathroom) with no less than 600 sq/ft, that dont mind BODY SHOP TYPE WORK (thats a problem that makes it hard to find a spot) I would love to talk to anyone that knows of anything like that.

I can relocate if I HAD to, or if the perfect spot showed up in oakland, or lower alameda county, or somewhere out in bay area land.

I appreciate any info, or refferals, and would GLADLY do a free paint job, for someone that reffered me to a place as I described, once I moved in.

thanks for the "offer", but I need a LEGAL, place to work, safety, and my, and other people lungs are a concern of mine.

the offer still stands: one free paintjob to the person that reffers me to a location, that I move into.

I typically charge about $700 on up for a streetbike paintjob, and I have lots of blingin' colors on hand, so prety good deal, for the right person.

I have been looking everyday for 3-4 hours a day, and for the last 3 weeks, just NOTHING,....

lil help anyone?

How about Redwood City? My wife's cousin has shop (he does kitchen remodeling) and I think he already has a booth. I'll talk to him and see if he's interested.

(we have a great working relationship, and I do fiberglassing for him from time to time) as long as it isn't within "bottle rocket range" of marsh rd @ 101, we should be fine :laughing

that complex is managed by Murco development .. if you need a # let me know ,,, there are a lot of hobbiest that do body & paint there
