Help: what are these motorcycles worth?

I’ve looked at Craigslist, KBB, eBay, and a few others, but I want BARF input.

2009 KLX250S with 5K miles
Ridden daily for the last 3 years. Rough around the edges, needs chain and sprockets.
Registration current until October 2020

2005 Kawi KLX125
2004 Honda CRF150F
Haven’t been ridden in over a year. Stored outside. Need chain and sprockets. Both were started about 1 year ago.
