Help me identify this set of pliers? Tool trivia experts needed!

Been doing a bit of shop cleaning and organizing recently and found this set of pliers on the bottom of a drawer. For the life of me, I don't remember why I purchased them or what their purpose is. :laughing :facepalm

Anybody got a clue what they are? There are no brand, model, serial, or any markings of any kind on them.

Tools I generally buy are for house carpentry and electrical, plumbing, auto/moto, bike, and sailboat if that helps narrow the realm. They weren't with my boat tools, auto/moto, or bike tools.... but that doesn't necessarily mean they aren't.

All right tool experts, help me out.
