Coastie who high fives
Barfers/Barfettes - please help!
I can't thank you enough for all your love and support when we lost our beloved Kota. Now I need your doggie hearts again, even if you just share with a friend.
We are fostering the absolute sweetest 3-year-old female Great Dane/Shepard mix. She was surrendered by her family up in Vallejo due to them having to move and couldn't take her with them. She did not do well in the shelter so we got her out there, after a positive meeting with our little Lulu. Unfortunately, Lulu is having none of it.The only reason we are not able to adopt her is that our 12-year-old Yorkie mix (lulu) is being too territorial and we're afraid it's making Nala even more stressed.
Her name is Nala, and she is the sweetest calmest dog. She is house-trained, crate trained, a couch potato, great on walks, good with kids, and good with dogs. She is not as large as a Great Dane, she's about 80 pounds. She is seriously the best-behaved dog, submissive and just wants her belly rubbed and to be touching you. She knows basic commands, doesn’t bark and even let us clip her nails.
Paperwork would have to be completed at Humane Society of the North Bay in Vallejo but, we will sponsor her adoption fee of $175 and provide a crate for her. You’re also welcome to come to see her here in Alameda!
