I'm moving from Miami to the San Jose area soon and would love to meet riders from the forum that can show me the ropes of living in a state with curves and elevation changes! :laughing

Any help you guys can provide is appreciated!

just remember, when the road goes to the right or the left thats called a curve, and you want to follow it through, not going strait.

Just tell your friends you won't have to deal with hurricanes and you can still ride during earthquakes!!!

Wow! Nice response guys!....a little *cough* thin on the info, but... ;-)

A little history:

Been riding about 5 years. Started on an EX500 (great 1st. bike), then to an F3, then my first 2001 VFR which I totalled near Deal's Gap. Replaced her with my beloved 2001 VFR which some scumbag stole on Augst 29 (nice of them to wait until I had new rubber, chain, sprockets and fork oil). Grrr.

Found a great deal on a 2004 which I intend to pick up Monday (my BDay!). Man am I jonesin' to ride.

Thanks for the welcome!

I'm even MORE ready - just picked up VFR #3 - a 2004 in Asphalt Black to replace the 2001 VFR that was stolen.
