Only I-80 and 50 are open over the Sierra Nevada right now.

I was thinking, "Hey, I 'll pack my fly rod, flip over Sonora Pass and fish the East Walker River."; but it's not going to happen, yet.

Sonora, Ebbets, Tioga, and even Monitor Passes all still closed.
I guess the drought is on hold,eh?

Checking Caltrans each day. Hope to make a ride over this week. Maybe ride the second day open as Caltrans Normally does not give much notice. They just post at 5:00 pm the pass open at noon.

We went over Monitor pass a few weeks ago. I know they closed it for a day or two after these last snow flurries but I'm pretty sure that one is open. Looking at DOT it's only closed around Lassen park.
