I remember riding that 748 you borrowed way back when on CVR. When I first sat on it I couldn’t believe how low the clip ons were,then when I tried to put my foot on the peg I couldn’t find it the damn thing It was so High. I had to grab my leg and pull it up, most uncomfortable bike I’ve ever ridden but it did handle ! :cool

I had a Yellow 96 916. Great bike. Only real problem was I had to hardwire the rectifier. Other than that, really easy to work on. I sold it when I started commuting on it. Not a great bike for that.
