GumBall 3000 San Francisco (Picture Heavy)

So I got a nice surprise when I drive into work. As I was pulling into the parking garage I saw a fenced off area in front of SF city hall with a huge banner that said GumBall 3000 Start. So after getting settled into work I walked over at 9am to check it out and see the start. I got to meet deadmau5 as he was going to his P1. Really sick car.

This picture was taken just before this guy missed the ramp going off the curb. He ended up cracking his side skirts front bumper and I'm sure messed up some suspension.

People were asking the lady driving this 918 to rev the car. She smiled and said I got something for you to hear then put the car into electric mode and drove off lol

She was the same one who was at the shift sector event about a month ago doing the 1/2 mile drag with that car. It was trapping in the low to mid 170's

I was in downtown palo alto the other day and there was a 918 parked on the street. People were gawking at it. One guy is looking through the window and another guy walks up and screams "get the fuck away from my car!" The first guy jumps back and apologizes frantically. Screaming guy laughs and gets in his prius next to the porsche and drives off.
