Guitar Lessons in the East Bay

I've been playing for the last 7 months and eventually I'm going to run out of online lessons. I'm pleased with my progress and I'd like to keep moving forward, but I've had mediocre instructors in the past who are not suited to teaching, so I'd like to find somebody really good.

Any personal recommendations? Primary interest is Classic Rock. I'm in San Leandro, but any place within 20 would be worth the trip.

Pete Madsen in Berkeley. I took lessons from him for a couple years before work got in the way. He specializes in the blues, but can do it all.
