Solution: yes many man hours to complete, but ignoring the problem will only make the likelihood that they hurt someone become more of a reality.

Surveil these guys, one at a time... they have to stop someplace for the night.

When you know where they live bring in the tow trucks and warrants.

1.)Impound the bikes, and find out who they really belong to and send the bikes back to their true owners if stolen.

2.)Make the illegal riding fees , and impound fees like they do for street racing.
Bikes in jail for a year! try paying that impound fee, court costs ect.
Most will forfeit their bikes.

It has to hurt to work.

Whammy has no sympathy for lawbreaking like this.
If any of you do this you know what the consequences would be so reality is a beotch.

that sound like some pretty smart animals. Except, they would do if quietly, if they were REALLY smart.

still, this is better:
"idling and burning out their tires "

Still, it is totally uncool. Joy purely from antagonizing peeps. It's not like they are real motorcyclists.
They are assholes. :afm199

They must have had a difficult childhood.

pretty sure if the cops caught them and wanted to fuck them hard, they could without any new laws:

no M1 (for many of them)
not registered for the street
no headlight
no tail light
no brake light
no turn signals
no mirrors
non-DOT tires
no insurance

couple grand in fines easy

That's assuming they aren't riding around on stolen bikes to begin with.

Exactly... problem is they don't do enough to catch any of them.

I remember getting called racist for suggesting that a significant number of the bikes were stolen : |

if the cops are on bikes capable of pursuit (I think supermotos might be the best option), and they chase, people will crash with some frequency

someone will end up hitting their (unhelmeted) head

and then the racist cops killed someone just for riding his motorcycle

I'm not sure why this kinda of behavior really pisses me off but it does. I think it's a combination of the wanton recklessness and the lack of a visible law enforcement response.

wtf does that have to do with race?

I do recall him being called that once (uncalled for IMO)

Someone will come along and use that as an excuse though wait for it.

Of course there will be those who think "ohh those poor underprivileged people too"
Not buying into that, do it legally or don't do it.

If you're riding around on a stolen moto, doing wheelies and burnouts up and down the street, weaving in and out of traffic and being a general nuisance, you're a fucking asshole regardless of the color of your skin.

Send a quad rotor to the location, vector in a patrol unit along the way, when they stop, arrest them. Problem solved.

Seems like we have the technology to solve some problems like this but it isn't being properly utilized by law enforcement.

Might have to be more than 4 rotors depending on location and job being done.
