Great meeting ya in Calistoga

Met a cool barfette under weird circumstances. Wife and I were staying at the Indian Springs resort. Just finished the hot springs pool and stopped by the office to get more tissues. A couple pulls in on their bikes to check in to the hotel. It’s pretty late, almost midnight.

Barfette comes out of the office and mounts her steed. Unfortunately she’s a little vertically challenged, exhausted and drops the bike. I run over and help her lift off the bike. She was very lucky she didn’t break anything. Her ankle was pinned between the bike and a curb.

Moral of the story. Always try to help when you can. We saw each other at the pool the next day and made new friends.

Why is that? I've been there a couple of times and think it's fucking awesome. Wish I could justify spending the money to go there more often.
