Thanks you guys! That was quite an experience, but all fun! I really think more AFM'ers should go out and show those AMA Superbike fast guys what we can do! The only things that I needed to add to my bike was a brake guard and sharkfin toe guard. And you have to run Spec Dunlop USA slicks and spec fuel that you buy at the track. I didn't qualify but i'm sure there are a ton of AFM'ers that would've qualified this past weekend. Next year everyone! Start on the paperwork now!! 600 points (eta: EXPERT POINTS) in club racing and 20 (eta : EXPERT) race weekends on a 750 or 1000cc bike. The AFM rocks!! <3

Those bigs boys sure can play and I was really hoping you could grid up next to JRP and show him that his time in superbike is over!

Me too Joy.. did not make it down on Saturday.. so I missed your riding, but always cool to see a local give the big show a shot.

Hopefully a couple of seconds will get you on the grid next year.

Except that JRP ran a 1:30.1 in the race which was about 3 seconds faster than Joy was running, so ....

I'm actually impressed that JRP ran a 1:30. That's going fairly well.

Joy, was it 107% cut-off or 110%? Looks like you were really close if it was 110%. Your 1:33 flat was a great lap. I know what it takes to get into the 33's at Laguna and it ain't easy.
