I reluctantly picked up a call near the end of the day, merely to shut a relentless phone up. It was Debora Villalon stating she was doing a story on the Hwy 37 closure and was asking if anyone working there lived in Vallejo. I said "You're talking to him." She said "I'm across the street, I'll be right over."
Took me by surprise. Pretty awkward having a camera follow me around for a while. I tend to dodge cameras as much as possible. My father used to tell me I have a great face for radio. Still kinda cool. The segment aired at 10:16.....my phone absolutely blew up around 10:20.

It's been a media heavy week for me.
I was on KPIX Channel 5 on Valentine's day for the Bridgewatch Angel event.
No interview but tons of footage of me. All over their Facebook page right now too.
My 15 minutes of fame is all happening in the same five minutes.

My 15 minutes of fame seem to have diminished to 20 seconds. The victim of good timing perhaps. The story was on the inconvenience of 37 being closed.....and it opened about 9 hours after the story aired.
