So, at a metal forming workshop I spied this up on the shelf, and bought it off the owner. I figured my daughter might like it.

Cleaned it up:

Powder coated all the bits that make it move/turn:

Primed:

I let the girl pick through my paint chip book-she picked out metalflake purple.

Painted, but not cleared:

Cleared with trim added. I still need to paint the wheels before i can finish it off, and to make a cushion for the seat.

So I'm prepping the wheels-I have chrome hubcaps for the center-the whole mess looks like this.

Silver for the wheels?

Make the windshield match silver? Purple?

I have chrome hubs for it.

I think purple wheels-the silver I have would look like ass next to the chrome.

I should have the windshield chromed.
