Gaming head set stinks. Clean or toss?

I've got a headset with mic that I've been gaming with since modern warfare 3. They make my ears sweat and they've gotten quite stinky. Is there a way to wash them or is it time to toss them and get a new pair?

the best "gaming headset" will be a high quality pair of headphones and a microphone.

instead of blowing 150-400 bucks on a headset, buy a proper pair of headphones for 60-300 bucks and a nice microphone (antlion modmic, blue snowball, blue yeti, etc).

My Fatal1ty gaming headset has been around since Modern Warfare 2 and all I've done is wipe it with a disinfectant wipe every few months. :dunno Pretty clean and no smell.

what if his hobby was writing, poetry, or painting, would you stil say go outside?

besides, who says he doesnt get excerice anyway? shit I spend so much time on barf its crazy, and I get plenty of excerise

Yes, no matter what his hobby I would say go outside. Outside is where the world is. I just sat my ass on the couch after finishing a 2 hr bicycle ride and posted the one you quoted from the park.

But I haven't split firewood for many years and have never grown taters so some things I post are to be taken with a grain of salt.

id rather puzzle my way through portal than get multiple concussions being beat down in a game of football by a bunch of half retarded neanderthal men wearing tight pants. giant man-filled dog pile doesnt sound like my idea of a good time.

back in those days i was 5'1 and weighed about 115 pounds. i was the fuckin worst at that game.

i liked heads up 7 up, because it was a good way to go to sleep in class.

First link has all the info you could ever need. second link is for fancy schmancy headphone "virtual surround sound" effects.

Stereo is pretty good but honestly i prefer listening out of my receiver. If im watching a 5.1 movie with VLC downmixing to stereo, it sounds way less good than if im watching through my receiver doing the downmixing. probablybecause VLC doesnt have that dolby downmixing codec.
