You will kill class, sv's will grow up to 700 and keep blowing up. Yamaha will not be able to keep up with 700 sv.
Allow FZ07 in to 650P and discourage people from building it. On the paper it is not better than sv, lets see how it does when out on the track.

if you move "twin" needle to 700cc..Then "multi" needle should reflect increase as well..Say-450cc to 561cc's ..
