if you are carrying 100% of your own health insurance coverage, what company are you using for health insurance, levels of coverage, pricing, etc? And for those same folks, have you made a claim for injuries suffered via racing, and if so were there any issues with the process?

Id like to know too . I am covered with Dept Of VA 100% but sometimes their grey tape is a hinderance ..

Kaiser through my employer. No problems when they put metal into my body after Sonoma R2 last year. And ambulances are included in co-pay, but I'm sure there are different packages.

I'm signed up with an individual plan through Anthem. I triple checked the policy and there is no exclusion for injuries incurred in racing. Luckily, I haven't had to use the insurance.

The student health insurance offered through my school does not cover injuries which where incurred in an organized sport or competition. It sounded like racing may fall into that, so I opted to not take it and go for the individual plan.
