Fees for 2017?

Hey,

I am starting to think I am the only one with questions around here.

I see the payment due in Motorsportsreg for the year. Does anybody know if we are supposed to pay that, or will the payment be taken automatically from the card written down on the renewal application?

You'll be asked for payment info while registering for the race online and the charge will be processed the Thursday before the race weekend.

On the Motorsportsreg page look to the far right on blue bar, There is a billing tab, click it. Look for the 'AFM 2017 Licensing Event'.
If it's under Outstanding Fees, you have not been charged.
If it's under Payment History, you have been charged.

Mine was under payment history on 2/23/17.

That's the reason I was asking. It shows $155 due, and I was wondering if I should just wait or pay it in Motorsportsreg directly. I put my application in at round #6 in Thunderhill last year.

I tested that last night and it does not actually charge your CC, it just sets that specific credit card as the method of payment, same as for race entry. The registrar will have to manually run the card for the charge to go through so I would say just wait.
