I was at Mankas Corner having lunch with family around 2:30pm...saw the usually sport bikes and Harleys at the stop sign and continue on...about 15 minutes later I saw CHP fly through and heard the road was closed down. Then I went home and found out more about it...

Side note -- Just a mile away...4 hours earlier I had a rear tire blow-out (sheet metal screw) at 55mph. There's a bad moon rising. Stay vigilant out there.

Did this happen on suisun valley at mankas or further north at the left bend?

I think it was further north at the left bend but not 100% sure.
