Alright, let's get some basics.
Attribute upgrades throughout game?
Looks like no bobbleheads, but I hear there's a doctor that does implants for $4K. Not sure on the limit of these and whether you can get more than +1 in any single attribute...
Quick tip for new folks: When you start the game, don't worry about your permanent stats(you can change them later when you leave the first town).
Tag Explosives(so Easy Pete kicks down TNT).
Tag Barter(so the store guy kicks down armor).
Tag Speech(so you can get Trudy in on the gig).
Put your other stats as you wish, won't matter because you'll redo it all when you walk out of town for the first time.
(Oh, and if you level up once or twice, don't worry about that either. When you walk out of town and redo your guy, you'll instantly gain those levels one by one when you finished redoing your dude, so you'll respend those points)
Save often and be careful to not stray from town or you'll get the popup about redoing your guy prematurely.
