What are the livery rules for MotoGP? If Rossi goes to extend a year, whether he likes it or not - there will be a "send-off" atmosphere. If that occurs, that would be awesome to see some Rossi-esque bike paint schemes... however, I am not sure what rules govern that. Anyone able to educate?

I think that's between the team and their sponsors, aside from the no tobacco adverts, etc.

t will depend on the motorcycle from the sponsors, for sure the helmets will be colored in a strange way, but the motorcycle will not ...

I'm not so sure about that. Especially on Petronas, I could see Rossi's bike with some wild paint schemes, especially in his last season. As long as the sponsor stickers are still on there. Remember some of the paint jobs when he was on the Honda 500 and with Yamaha in the past.
