NBC Bay Area reports at least two people at a Facebook mailing facility may have been exposed to sarin gas through a package. The victims aren't presenting signs of being poisoned, Menlo Park Fire District told NBC.
A spokesperson from Facebook told KCBS Radio two buildings in Willow Village were evacuated; the number of people who have left the campus is unknown.
Sarin "is a human-made chemical warfare agent classified as a nerve agent," according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. "Nerve agents are the most toxic and rapidly acting of the known chemical warfare agents."
