Expectations of dealer's service department?

I've had good and bad experiences with multiple dealers. I try to just avoid them in general and DIY as much as possible.

Your best bet is to just keep bugging them as nicely as possible.

I hope whatever type of bike it is, the wheels are different from what KTM uses. I also have spoked wheels and tubeless tires, but there is a big rubber piece in there that seals the spokes separately from the inside of the tire.

Glad to hear that everything is good now. Somebody should have been yelled at (so to speak) for not calling you with an update.

The Vstrom and the BMW spokes don't go into the air chamber part of the wheel.
