Eclipse Chasing: Oregon Bound 8/21

Anyone riding up to Oregon for the eclipse?

I'm planning on riding up the coast to the Newport area but no plans other than that. Maybe staying in Coos Bay as I lived there for a while and haven't been back in ages and I think the hotels around Newport are pretty full.

Let me know if you're interested in riding up and/or have some routes I should check out.

I'm contemplating the logistics myself. Plan on no fuel, food, water, cell service, and even a shortage of toilets. I'm thinking of hauling a couple bikes into range and bringing a few cans of gas for my truck and all of my camping gear.
