East Bay Ride Wednesday 4/9

PLEASE NOTE: This ride is intended for riders with at least a year of riding experience and those that are familiar with the East Bay Hills. :afm199

PLEASE REVIEW THESE RULES PRIOR TO THE RIDE


1. Full Gear is highly recommended!
If you plan on wearing jeans, be sure to have some kind of armor underneath. Full gear includes mandatory apparel such as a helmet, gloves, textile/leather jacket, boots, and leg armor/protection.

2. Show up on time.
Please show up on time the group will be leaving on time, with or without you.

3. Don't be careless on the road.
This ride is intended to be safe and fun for everyone. No dangerous behavior will be tolerated during any portion of this ride, please just use your common sense.

4. Ride your own ride.
This ride is intended to be a safe experience for all who would like to join us. Please be careful not to ride over your head, if your friend is faster than you let him or her go. We will be making regular scheduled stops along the route so that everyone can catch up. Remember we want everyone to get home safely to their loved ones at the end of the day.​


Do not attend this ride, if, for any reason, anyone is unable to meet one or more of these expectations. If you still plan on coming to the ride, and you have not complied with the rules set forth here, we will simply ask you to leave.

Where: The Wall (on Grizzly Peak in Berkeley)
Who: Experienced riders, please no beginners.
Route: Berkeley to Castro Valley

Nick - how long does it take to get to the wall from peets CV?

also, is rule #1 firm, b/c I was gonna wear a tank top with an icon vest and short shorts with no gloves b/c the weather is so nice.

R6 still undergoing upgrades; will be on the CBR400RR, which has a new battery, so no more issues there


and DAYMN that pic is a blast from the past! like 5+ years ago. jesus fuck is my nose THAT big? :cry

Good to see ya guys, even if only for a few minutes. I'm itching for a real ride, just gotta sit here quiet and wait for this wrist to heal

When I did the "lap" with Dean... I went to get something to eat... can't ride long on an empty stomach...

Ah we were wondering, you missed out though. 5 minutes after you went by we all went down to CV to get Hawaiian BBQ.
