Who did you buy lines from so we know to avoid?
I bought from Core Moto. I still think their product is good & their website makes it easy to order something like "stock length + 3 inches" without having to call or have an email back & forth.
Spiegler and HEL were both more expensive & a little convoluted. It's not that big a deal, but I would've had to call or email to get something as simple as "stock + 3 inches." Setting up a website so you can just do it in the dropdown is not difficult, but apparently only Core Moto has realized that.
Their customer support rep that I was communicating with was rad. I ordered the wrong set of lines, it was my fault. He couldn't comp me the correct rear brake line. And they don't accept returns because "all lines are custom built." I don't fault them on that. The rep gave me a deep discount on the correct rear line I had to order.
However, Suzuki switched master cylinders between the gen1 & gen2 SV650N. Gen 2 uses 1.25 pitch, gen 1 uses 1.0. The fact after spending close to $200 on product, Core Moto couldn't just comp me a damn banjo bolt rubbed me the wrong way. It would have cost more & taken longer. So I just used Amazon Prime. I even checked on O'Reilly's & AutoZone websites & I could not tell if they stocked the double length banjos I needed. Those places suck anyway.
I would have gone to SFMoto or something, but I didn't really have time before Thanksgiving.
