This is more a question for track conditions, but certainly does apply to certain conditions on the street as well...

Do you reach maximum lean angle before or after applying maintenance throttle?

Also, do you solely use maintenance throttle to arrest lean angle or some combination of counter, counter-steering and maintenance throttle to do so?

Interested in any ensuing discussions.

Throttle and Lean

Too bad this thread went squirrley that is a good subject and a good survey.

It contains at least one of the great myths on steering and other troublesome results when done out of sequence by riders.

It should be hyjacked over to the questions for Keith thread.

Anyone interested in doing that?
