Do you open carry and ride?

I'm getting into this whole open carry movement (http://www.baoc.us/). Anything that makes me feel like I have more rights in this Country, I'm all for it. But this is just my opinion.

I'm curious to see how many BARFers are involved. And if you are, do you open carry and ride?

For those of you that open carry, would you want to setup a BARF/baoc meet?

I have, on occasion open carried and rode. However I live in Free Amerika and carry loaded.

Tank bag works a lot better for carrying while traveling.

open carrying an unloaded gun is pointless. and besides that, I've never seen anybody OC in a "bad" neighborhood. They are always at saratago/los gatos starbucks, but hey, whatever makes you feel "safe". CCW on the other hand is something I wish we could have here.

When I bounce or do security gigs in certain places I ride and yes, .357 mag holstered on my right. I don't do it on non-work related occasions cuz I never get into confronations or anything so I don't but I do support it.

The only interesting thing about OC is that dumbasses pimpin thier right at *bucks will be the cause of OC bye bye.

CC, OC, hide it in my arse, it is a constitutional right. The open carry debate has only blurred the vision of John Q Public and will end with Johnny and Suzy Q voting more rights away.

Some folks who for some reason think they can draw a known weapon, load said weapon, breath, aim and fire all in the time it takes for a crime to occur, which far too often is a split second, are delusional.

I love the concept that that's what Mille Racer 69 looks like right up until I realize that that's what my dad would look like if you gave him a revolver, a Honda Elite and 20 years of his life back.

in my stooooopid youth I would open cary on the bike, more as a coolness thing. Now in my advanced years, I'm riding a bike worth more than 500 buck and prefer the comfort and freedom of not having a S&W dangling off my hip

That said, while I agree in principal, I've never OCed, CCWed, or done the hip-hop. I don't care for dealing with authoritay fussing over gray areas where I'm involved. Squeaky clean, that's me.

3 bikes a week.
One thing I wish or beautiful city and state would fix is allowing CCW permits. People carry concealed, just wish that they would allow people whom are qualified to do so legally.

There are many cases out there of people with CCW permits coming to the rescue, without ever having to fire a weapon.
