The one thing about Washington is because it's all vote by mail, you don't get a sticker, there is just a little paper stub from the ballot.

Voted by mail, turned it in in person. Chose not to turn it into the masonic lodge because... well... Simpsons...

I got a sticker in my Vote By Mail ballot envelope. When I dropped it off at the drive-through drop-off box at the courthouse in Oakland the nice lady with the long BBQ tongs gave me another sticker. Barbara Lee was there.

Voted by mail almost a month ago. I've been all, "lets get this over with," for a while now. :laughing

Dropped my mail in ballot in a drive thru unmanned drop box weeks ago and got confirmation from the vote tracker that it was received and will be counted.

I've seen some awesome jokes on twitter that would get me bounced pretty quick. But they are really funny. :p

I did my normal - absentee ballot but drop it off at a polling place. Normally I'd do this on election day, but I dropped it off at an early voting location last weekend.

Used to voting by mail in Cali, but apparently its uncommon here in NY, where you need a proven disability or other hardship to make voting-in-persona challenge. Fortunately COVID qualified everyone in the state for vote-by-mail.

Anyhow, congrats to everyone who voted, even if you're in the bluest blue state or the reddest red. :thumbup

I have always voted in person by choice. I enjoy the experience. I feel like I'm more a part of the process, and I like seeing my neighbors and hanging out and talking with them. This year, of course, I couldn't do that. I still got a lot of satisfaction...and a sense of relief, to tell the truth...out of dropping off my ballot, but hoping I can vote in person next time.

I mean, if you don't get an "I voted" sticker and post it on social media, did you really even vote?

My anxiety makes voting in person a pretty flustering experience for me, as much as I enjoy all of the other things you describe. I'd much rather uphold my end of democracy from my couch, surrounded by cats and ballot papers and laptops.

But still drop off in person, to see my neighbors, visit my local firehouse (in SF, here it's a church/community center) and of course STICKARS!

Cats, ballot papers, and laptops...have you been spying on me?? :laughing
