Well, I found it. License plate, complete with mounting hardware and a Munroe Motors bezel. It's at the front desk at World Gym on 16th and DeHaro.

I found it in the moto parking spots in front of the gym, so I figure it's likely one of the gym members. MotoShop is 2.5 blocks away, down DeHaro. I doubt people would park all the way by the gym to go to MotoShop.
