Reminds me of Redwood Rd, ie. a popular place to test cars and bikes alike.

Looks like the bikes were pushing it at a minimum, the front guy has a good lean, I assume the rest do too. Trying to keep up with the front rider?

Wow!!! I hope all people came out OK. Scary stuff!

Seems the bike was in the the other/wrong lane.
Excellent crumple zones on both the Porsche and the Triumph.

..... holy smokes!

Whoa!!! Wonder what happened? Rider cut corner or Porsche ran wide? Or both? Crazy, glad rider is gonna survive.

Yup, they were all running fast. Porsche too, from the looks of it. The closing speed between the bike and car must have been crazy fast.

Do more, bitch less.
It does look like Porsche's engine being in the back let the front of the car be a softer/emptier impact zone. It's miraculous the rider lives with just some broken bones, don't you think?

Car seemed to have a reasonably tight line and it looks like the impact happened in his lane.

Amazing the rider survived.

Hopefully all involved learned a lesson.

The picture of the car shows it well into the correct lane of travel.

Porsche sure looked like he was in control, and holding a line on his own side of the road, even if he did appear to be speeding.

Yep... Reminds me of RWR too. I've had more than one or two close shaves with people who either had, or were in the process of, losing control of their car.

To add insult to injury... The sticker on that bad boy is probably north of $140K OTD (Guessing a 997 Turbo, possibly Turbo S from the scoops on the side), and I'll bet was a $80-100K write-off. Bike, an obvious write-off, and the 675 is $13K OTD.

Hospital bills for both parties? If mine is anything to judge theirs off of, likely $500K+ for the motorcyclist and probably $100K+ for the driver.

Hope the motorcyclist has insurance, cause that one left a mark.
Whether he learned a lesson or not, who knows. I'm sure he will have a lot of time in the hospital to mull over his decisions. At the end, only he will be able to change his Edit: (future) actions.
