My buddy has been debating on what bike to get. I let him ride the 300 and that was that. I've been dream shopping and told him to check out Beta because from what I've read, I would take one over a new ktm all things equal, not to mention they're 500$ cheaper msrp

I call up Dan on Thursday to ask if he has any 300s. Has a couple 2014s and just got one the day before that Beta used for a promo bike with 150 miles on it for a great price. Went there this morning with my buddy to pick it up, shot the shit for a while and talked bikes while he did paperwork. Threw in a great discount on any miscellaneous accessories to add to the bike and my buddy walked away with a sweet bike for a screaming deal considering the 300s have been selling well and Dan just got it!

Great people over there, nice little shop in Vacaville. Stop in and check it out, support them with any purchase you can no matter how small. Looking forward to when my wife will approve my next bike :laughing

Ride report coming Monday..... Or Mudday

You're right on both counts, edited and phone sucks trying to add pics.

Crappy picture. It's a standard RR with the Factory model graphics

Dan and his wife Ann are great folks. If only I lived closer than a 90 minute drive. He always takes very good care of me. One of the best dealers around.

I've bought more than my fair share of Huskys from Dan over the years, and he's always treated me right. Not only that, but whenever I call him up to ask for stuff, he always knows what I'm talking about. I don't have to walk him through the parts fische like I do with the high-schoolers at other shops. And if I call him by 3pm the parts are usually on my porch by the time I get home from work 23 hours later. I don't know how he does it! :wow

So many of us choose to pick the dealer right down the street from their house, well cool it does make it easy.
I spilt my living between Georgetown and Fremont, and choose Dan's shop. Why? He lives dirt bikes! He knows Husky and BETA well.....
There are other Beta Dealers closer on both ends of the area to me, but they were NOT a choice, at all. They were big dealerships that a small percentage of their sales going towards the brand I wanted. They had less knowledge on the details of setting them up correctly.... Life is short I picked Dan's shop because he IS fair in price, knows the brand REALLY well, and gives a level personalized service that is lost in todays marketplace.......
I LOVE MY BETA 2014 450RS!!!!!

Another thing that's cool about Dan is I've ordered little items like 1 o-ring or a small gasket from him. Does he put it in a puffy envelope and ship it via UPS for $6.95? No, he sticks it in an envelope, throws a stamp on it and drops it in the mailbox. Common sense that saves me money :thumbup

It is always a pleasure to walk into Motoxotica! Great little shop and Dan usually has what I need for my Huskies in stock. The Border Collies are fun too!

Not that he needs it, but another nod for Dan and my son enjoys playing fetch with the dogs while I BS about bikes. Bought a little CR125 from him a couple months ago and I'm not sure how he manages to sell tires so cheap but I now buy all of my tires from him as well .

Didn't ride it much, no traction anyway. Bogs super well, clutch is great. Bike is short! But even I felt pretty comfortable once I was on it, would definitely put tall bars and risers but I'm nearly 6'4
