custom made mask

Ahahahahahaahahahahahaaha
Anyone here knows how to make a custom mask? Or knows someone who knows how? Plastic or wood only please.....

2 different worlds.
With plastic(and welding metal), you can put some back on. With wood, you only take away.

Are you looking for a replica of your true face, or a crazy whatever thing?

I heard the other day about this billion dollar startup that has some wonder compound in the works that will allow one to permanently stick wood to wood. DARPA has their eye on them and my friend, Elmer, who works there says their HQ is being moved to the blue cube in Mountain View until a deeper level can be excavated for them at Area 51.

We probably won't see it in our lifetimes. :(

Mikey, spend the 100 dollars and buy a quality mask.

It's not like you're saving up for a gun or anything.

As a mask maker I would say go out and buy one because making one is going to take time = money.

I would charge you like 300.00 for a paper mache mask cause there is a lot of work in it.

If you want to make one look up paper mache mask and how to make a busk (that will take 2 people to do)

You have the yoroi to go with it? :twofinger

Look up Takeda Shingen's yoroi/kabuto/mempo setup. He was *that* belligerent (and brilliant as well). :laughing :laughing

Papercraft Self Portrait - Eric Testroete
I [Eric Testroete] made this as my costume for Halloween 2009. It was kind of inspired by big-head mode seen in videogames. I [Eric Testroete] really wanted to get the faceted geosphere look with wireframe.

Software used:

3ds Max 2009
Mudbox 2010
Photoshop CS3
Pepakura

Nothing but love for ya Mikey, but you gotta go the route of snagging the 100 dollar one.

As it's been noted before, unless you know someone who can make one quickly without dipping to long into their time to craft such a piece, you're better off going with a prefabricated mass produced item. It won't be unique, but the price will more than likely be in your price range.
