got nicked for 70 in a 50, yet the officer told me he clocked me in a blk/wht signed 45 zone, (which is really a yellow sign in a normally 65 area) the 50 zone was farther up. I'm sure I was doing 65 or so in the 65 zone he clocked me in, but he wrote one thing and told me another!
I feel i should go to court, but I wonder about my chances...VC23336 is written, and it's pretty ambiguous as it references other code that sound like, "go as fast as posted."
I'm confused. Any help is appreciated.
