CNC shop recommendation needed (cam cap rethreading)

Long story short, I need to rethread a stripped bolt/oil feed hole on a cam cap (aluminum) and it's not something I want to helicoil/timesert myself. :cry :cry :cry

The plan is to tow the car to a trusted auto shop in Mountain View who will then ship the part to the machine shop for the work and then reassemble when it comes back.

Recommendations of shops with good reputations are *much* appreciated.

Might not be but the shops I've spoken to said find a CNC shop? Any machine shop that can do precision work you think?

gone for now
What sort of precision are we talking about? I'd expect any machine shop to have a mill with a DRO, which I'd expect to be plenty accurate to locate, drill, tap, insert (with whatever type they prefer).

It's an oil feed port that's threaded to accommodate a union/banjo bolt. Actual degree of precision? I have no idea. :loser

Let's change the thread title then. :laughing :laughing

Mods! Please replace CNC with machine shop!
