clutch anybody??

So has anyone here actually changed out their own clutch? i just finished toasting mine this weekend....no stunts just aggresive road riding.....but the bike only has 14,000 miles on it...sniff sniff..so does anyone know a good shop for this? besides the dealer??thanks everybody...

with svc. manual you could do this yourself but a special tool or two may be required. on my bike there's some clutch basket tool or something for removal. after that it's cake - some measuring, put plates back in the right order and orientation, covers, adjust cable & lever, etc. good time for oil/filter change too. isn't there a yammie DIY FAQ somewheres too? check it out, yo, a yo check out :p

what goes here?
if you can change you oil & brake pads, then you can change you clutch. if not take it to the shop, you shouldn't have to pay more than 1.5 hours + parts (and thats a high quote)
