Christmas Day Ride! (12/25 - Bay Area)

So it looks like enough people would join in for some fun on Christmas! I'll do some formatting on this thread when I get home from work. :ride


When: Thursday, December 25th, 10:30 Am. Kickstands up at 11ish.

Where: Meet in Oakland/Sf. Location will be updated.
EDIT: Meeting at Cafe Racer's Shop @ 9: 4039 Balboa St @ 42nd Ave



Who: Open to all riders comfortable with group riding. I'm guessing it will be a semi-spirited ride, so if you're riding a scooter... :thumbup

The route: I'd like to discuss with the riders when we meet in the morning.

Skyline: Lots of pine needles and thick fog in the morning

Are you planning to ride in The City or to Alices?

Christmas morning, not many places will be open. Well, except gas stations and Walgreens.

If you plan to just cruise throughout the City I may possibly be able to open up the shop for a couple hours for you to hang out and maybe even have coffee. I would need to okay it with the boss first.

As of now it looks like we'll be doing something more along the lines of La Honda /Alice's etc. I am thinking I'll leave the route kind of open, we can discuss when we meet up in the morning. Anyone know of a good place to meet pre ride? I'm not from the area

There's a Chevron on Foster City Blvd that's pretty easy to get to, plus everyone could top off before we head out. We could decide on a route depending on who shows up/what people are up for.

And cootz, I think I'm in either way, will send a PM as well just in case you're not following this thread too closely!

Is this the Chevron you were referring to? Sorry still new and I live in the east bay so I haven't been over to that area, except to Calmoto.

Also, I'm unfortunately not going to make it to the orphan dinner.
