Haha. Hmm..
One part of me says yes, it would be illegal and some may see it as "Law Enforcement Impersonation"
The other part of me falls along the lines of the first amendment... I mean we can basically put whatever letters we want together on a bumper sticker. It can't be too much of a difference.

No, but why. Its not gonna give you any love from a Cop who wants to give you a ticket.
I wish I could count how many times I have cited someone and told them how useless that "Supporter of _____, PAL _____" or wallpaper of LEO stickers on the back of thier cars is.
Poserish to me. Attracts attention from cop haters who will either kill you or knock your bike over. Real, or at least smart off-duty cops dont advertise.
