Chinese guy in the bay area

Hi guys my name is Jacky. I'm very glad to join you guys. I used to ride when I was in college at PA, but the cold winter eventually stopped me. I recently moved to the bay area and wanted to pick up the old hobby. I just got a 19 YMH r3, so super excited to ride with you guys.

Hi Jacky, welcome to BARF!!! You’re in the right place by joining this forum. I’ve learned and been entertained so much since I’ve been here. By the way, stating your ethic background won’t count for much around here one way or the other. We’re all the same here. Color me “Moto”.

Yep this is the barf. I moved here from Detroit. They took even ME in lol. Really, though, welcome and everyone is pretty friendly. Very helpful information abound, as well. Yamaha r3 is an awesome ride! I always wanted to get one and hope to eventually

oh btw guys, I am going to the track day on 3/9 at Laguna Seca. I am looking for a used full suit, does anyone know where is the best place to post that?

classifieds - parts wanted, however, i don't think new members are allowed to post classifieds until they have been on BARF for a few weeks.
This prevents people for joining BARF to use it as a motoclassified site.

Have you looked at renting a suit? Some trackday providers have sources for you to rent suits. Feel like a pro is a service that rents trackbikes and suits. Google them.

You could also buy a cheaper suit from CycleGear.

Thanks a lot! I will google Feel like a pro. If there's nothing fit, I will just grab a cheap suit from cyclegear.
