Just bought a new Suzuki V-Strom 1000 from them. What a total smooth, laid back, and pleasant experience!

I had been looking at used vstroms and new ones. At other dealers, I would see some great advertised price, call up and find out they add tons of fees so that the deal is no longer a deal.

But not at Chico Motorsports. I saw a CL ad, reached out to them, no goofy fees, super great price, very easy to work with.

Got there, bike was all ready, do a bit of paperwork, put on the temp plate, and good to go.

Very impressive.

They sell KTM, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Yamaha

Actually, I turned it into an awesome trip!

Went up Friday with CRV & trailer, bought the bike, road it around out hwy 70 and lots of backroads for about 100 miles.

On Sat, I went up to Red Bluff, took hwy 36 over to 101, down 101, brief run thru the avenue of giants, then in Leggett, then the amazing best road ever hwy 1 over to the ocean. Then turned on Branscomb, back over to 101, and stayed in Willits Sat night. (CRV & trailer sitting in Chico).

Then on Sunday morning, left Willits and took hwy 20 W to the ocean, amazing road.
Then 1 south to Compache road (first 2/3 was awesome, last 1/3 is some crappy pavement).
Then 101S, and amazing 253, and 128, back on 101 to Hopland and then 175 over towards Clearlake, and then made my way back to Chico.

RAMPAAAAAAGE!
In a day and age when it seems 9 out of 10 business reviews are bad it's nice to see the good ones. I did the same with my Hyper, drove down to LA and had a great experience at Pro Italia Ducati.

Congrats on your new ride! Enjoy it!

A data point contrary to the "industry is tanking" crowd. Not saying that it isn't, but the ones that evolve and get real customer service (desks/work space with free wi-fi, uber codes, and otherwise treat people differently) will survive these changing times.

Last year I ordered a top box adapter plate hardware kit through them. Got home and realized it came missing a part. Suzuki was uncooperative about it. Chico motor sports offered to buy me a new kit and eat the cost to make it right. The part came with the used box I bought and I just used that and didn't need them to order it. But they offered and we're willing to make it right. Their good in my book.

PS my VStrom was also bought from them new (by previous owner).
