Hello BARFers, hope you're all having a good weekend!

Does anyone going up to Thunderhill this coming weekend (7/14-7/15) have room on a trailer for my Ninja 250? I live in Oakland just off 580 and I'm planning on being up there for both track days.

I went to my first two track days last month with Z2 and I had a blast! I rode up on Friday, camped both nights and rode home Sunday afternoon. I'm prepared to do it again, although a few people explained why doing this isn't such a great idea (fatigue, crashing at the track and getting stranded, etc.), so I thought I'd reach out here!

Thanks all, happy riding!

I can’t get you a ride up but just know you’re welcome to pit with us and if the unfortunate event of a crash we’ll get your bike back home for you.

See you Saturday am

I won't be there that weekend, but go to a bunch of days at Thill/Sonoma/Buttonwillow.

Feel free to PM me for future track days. I usually have a spot in my trailer, unless my friend from Seattle is in town. The only thing is you would have to buy pitbull TRS pins for your bike (about $100 new, maybe less if you can find em used).

I'm in Concord, so would be easy to coordinate.

Alternatively - Uhaul motorcycle trailer are like $10 a day to rent, if you can get your hands on a vehicle that has a hitch. Pretty much any car can pull em.

Thanks, Pete! Looking forward to Round 2, see you there!

Gonna be warm again this weekend. Bring TWICE the amount of water you think you'll need. Seriously. 2x. Salty snacks too. Thill has plenty of ice so you'll be covered there and as always, the Walmart is right up the road if you need anything else.

See you there.

p.s. Please no parking cars or trailers under the big canopies. :thumbup

Thanks so much kcfcycle! I'm planning on doing the Thunderhill weekends in August and November at the very least, so I'll reach out when they roll around. And of course, gas and snacks are on me for your trouble. In the meantime, I'll absolutely invest in a set of TRS pins!

Thanks for the heads up David! I've been keeping my eye on Weather Underground this week, and things are looking pretty toasty. I survived last time, so I'll do it again or die trying! :laughing
