For clarification. the 12th of april is open test day, day before event. does someone going for NRS(the 13th) count or is this a day not available to me?

Yeah if you’re going for NRS you will be able to ride no questions asked, at least that was my experience. You will be racing that weekend, that’s all they care about. If you’re some random off the street trying to get that secret speed juice you might be turned away at the gate

Do I sign up through AFM website?

honestly its quite confusing, they mention the approved providers. But none are listed as the provider running the AFM weekend.

Think ive been bouncing around that site for 40 minutes trying to figure out how to sign up.

Probably something I read 5 times already and didnt comprehend....

Register for an account on MotorSportReg, sign up for the AFM License Event, and sign up for round 2 when you get an email saying round 2 registration is open:ride

Show up (like he said). Pirelli runs the event (you can run Dunlops/ other tires too) and Chris Maguire is the one personally running it. Contact info below...

ill have to look at the sonoma NRS or just plan on 2020

I signed up for Sonoma NRS late August....

I'm bringing the CSS thing to the board this next month too. I have a call into CSS to talk to them on their program.

Ducati_Scott

Always riding
thats a real bummer...

I mean its great that they only do 1 level per day and give you more time to work on skills rather than consolidating to 4 levels in 2 days.

But for $2500 class of two levels I can do all 4 levels for like $1800...

Considering I have bike and gear! Is it worth paying so much more to use their stuff and a slightly extended class? $880 for 2 levels using my stuff or $2550 using their stuff plus a $1700 deposit I think I read in addition to the class fee.

I dont have a problem spending money to reach my goals, keep me safe. But it does need to make sense.

Anybody have feedback that adds the additional value of 2 day camp over doing two single days?

It may be a better value to do a couple days of coaching with Jason Pridmore (JP43).

I also saw that Josh Herrin posted on his IG that he is doing private coaching. You could do a couple private days with Josh for the same amount of money. His time is 1:1 and focuses directly on you and what you need to learn.

Bottom line, I think there are a lot of options out there.

That would be pretty cool....

I took my bikes into Daredevil today to get some shock work done and get my race bike AFM prepped. At least ill be ready when the time comes....

First time back at T-hill since school....

My best lap time was a 2:13, second session of the day today I crushed it with a 2:07.79.....

In B group with traffic and a bad rear shock.

Gonna see about moving up to A group tomorrow. To many people holding me up.

By the way, this knee down thing is over rated. Scares the shit out of me everytime it happens.
